Chris Evans pays £5.6m for classic Ferrari

Former Channel 4 presenter Chris Evans splashed out £5.6m on a stunning 60s Ferrari at an auction on Sunday.
Evans, who is now a radio DJ, set a new record for the price paid at an auction when his bid for just over ¬7m was successful at the Ferrari Leggenda e Passione auction in Maranello. The equivalent $10.9m that Evans paid beat the $10.7m previous auction record paid for a Ferrari 250 GTO at Sotheby’s Monaco in 1990.
