Pontiac G8 tweak for 2009: Bye-Bye Battery Meter!?

Just had lunch with Al Oppenheiser, GM’s Global Rear Wheel Drive Chief Engineer for North America, and we got to talking about feedback on their recently launched Pontiac G8.В
One interesting little tidbit came up regarding the fuss about the G8’s the digital battery and oil meter mounted on the center console.
