Tuner Special: Senner White Speed

FRANKFURT, Germany — Senner Tuning is marketing a new edition of the Audi A5 3.0 TDI, dubbed the White Speed.

The logic behind the name becomes readily apparent with a glance at the car’s gleaming-white body — enhanced with various aero add-ons — and even clearer after a look under the hood.

Senner has massaged the A5’s 3.0-liter V6 turbodiesel, boosting output from 237 to 296 horsepower. Torque climbs from 369 to 450 pound-feet. Senner says top speed is electronically limited to 175 mph.

The White Speed gets special sport springs that lower ride height by up to 1.6 inches. The car is fitted with 21-inch rims that can be finished in white or black. Senner also offers an optional stainless steel quad-pipe sport exhaust system.

The aero body kit includes a carbon fiber front spoiler, side skirts, rear apron and spoiler.
